Ideas...

I'm presently toying with the idea of painting words my kitchen table like this one from Design*Sponge:

My table is more modern...made of pine. I'm thinking of the words in faded grey or black stain maybe. I'm hoping it'll kind of have a packing crate feel. Thoughts? Have I lost my mind? Is "eat" the best word?

Oh, and if I were to paint something on one or two of the chairs what should they say?

i love it. i can't think of a better word than 'eat.' you could always put, 'stuff your face' but that doesn't have the same adorable feel as just, 'eat.'

I like this idea! I can't think of anything to go on the chairs though. Do you have a theme in your kitchen? Would a different language work? You could do French or something. But I guess the word for eat in French is manger, and that doesn't sound very appetizing. So stick with eat, yeah eat it good.

Ooh, I like it! I think "Eat" is perfect. As for the chairs, I'd do "Sit."
