...weekend breakfast...

May I be so presumptous as to recommend a great weekend breakfast recipe? This Baked Oatmeal recipe from Delicious Days is fantastic.

It's everything a good comfort recipe should be. I especially love the simplicity of it. It makes your house smell delicious too. You should try it this weekend...

p.s. the lighting in my kitchen = terrible!! I'm trying to make it work...thanks Tim Gunn.
