...grilled pizza...

Are you ready for barbecues yet? I am! Stacey and I went to Smith's Grocery Store a few weeks back and they were having one of those hotdog barbecue fundraiser things out front...you know, the ones that I usually ignore. But not this time! We bought some. We had to! It smelled like summer. It was one of the first warm days of the year and there was barbecued food to be had.

Last week I tried this recipe for Grilled Vegetable Pizza from Martha Stewart (I love Martha!). Ok...In the interest of full disclosure...I used it to learn how to grill the crust and I put any toppings on that I wanted. That's how I roll.

I'm not usually a "home-made" pizza fan but throw it on a grill and loose the sauce add some olive oil and I'm a goner. I loved this pizza. I would make it again in a second. In fact I think I will... you should too!
