This last weekend while I was in Ephraim we made a TON of strawberry jam. A TON! Why is jam so darn good? Probably because it has 2 cups of sugar to every cup of fruit...ohhhhh!

Sometimes it's the simplest things I enjoy the most. Have a happy weekend!
